![]() Dave | I couldn't help but notice there wasn't enough yelling loudly at Phil this podcast. Redo it. Srsly though, the only issue I'll weigh in on post recording is the WoW expansion. The expansion would be great if not for the casualization of the rest of the game. Developing the world is awesome, but a lot of the supposed dungeon choices are horrible. Bringing back Nefarian? Really? Cause I'm pretty fucking sure I cut off his head and hung it in the middle of Stormwind. Redoing Onyxia? Fucking dumb. It was an awesome fight historically, 5 year anniversary is cool, but there's no reason to trash an old boss fight to make a new one. Make another dragon in a circular area with new mechanics. The plane of fire stuff is fine, we always knew we were just fighting an avatar of Ragnaros, so that's nice plot advancement. The rest of it: nop. New class race combinations are great, as long as they have a good way to rationalize the Tauren Paladins, which will probably be done through the low level Tauren Paladin quests. People seem to forget that undead hunters existed in warcraft 3, and there were already undead hunter NPCs. Dwarf Mages were actually in the game at release. Night Elf mages are a neat plot advancement, since they pretty much fucked over their race with arcane magic in the past. Really, all the hunter, warrior, and rogue additions are fine because anyone of any race should be able to pick up a dagger or bow or shield and do stuff with it. There's nothing mystical about it. As to me buying the expansion: If we're still making DWMM then, I'll be all over it. If not, it'll be meh to me and I won't care. Ok I lied Two more topics: Chris's Pubic Hair. Really, Sawa? really? Also, trials is an xbox live arcade game. How should it not be on a list of Top xbox live games? List isn't "Top Xbox Live Multiplayer" games. Good work on the podcast though, guys. I'll be back next week to bring some much needed angst and dickwaddedness. |

![]() skitch | ![]() I totally forgot to do this 2 hours ago like I should have, sorry about that. So yeah, Dave was out of town for this podcasting adventure, so apologies in advance if the audio sucks, I had to figure it out on my own. Also the opening theme isn't there, because i didn't have it. We made our own though. Also no ending music. But there's still us talking about fun stuff. =) We have Sarah as a guest this week, and you'll actually get to hear her this time, since ep16 didn't turn out. |

![]() Dave | I'm going to be honest, I fucked up and the podcast sounds like shit this week. It sounds so bad, that I'm not going to put it out there with our names on it, which means I'm not going to put it out there at all. We tried a different hardware setup this week, and I should have tested it more profusely before giving it the greenlight and letting us talk for an hour and a half. My guess is that laptop usb alone doesn't have enough juice to send phantom power to our condensor mics. The one important detail I'll rehash from the podcast is that Sykrim won the contest from last week. He'll be winning the original HD WMV files for every episode of DWMM so far. We plan on setting something like that up for everyone on a donation system, but it's not in place yet. Essentially something like, you donate 20 bucks, you can download all our episodes. We just need to make sure we've got the technical and legal shit figured out before we do it. So Sykrim, I'll be in contact with you in a bit to get you your prize. To everyone else, my profuse apologies for fucking the podcast up. We'll be back next week with a new special guest. |

![]() Dave | I fucked up and played Magic: The Gathering instead of actually putting together the podcast like I should. It'll be up by the end of the day (GMT-8) |
| 10 Aug 2009 09:26 pm | Site Redesign |
![]() skitch | So, we mentioned this on the podcast, which we recorded just now, but I've been working on a redesign for the site. Feel free to check it out here. Please check it out, look around, and use the Feedback page under the Community tab to let me know what you think! Thanks in advance everyone. =) |
| 07 Aug 2009 05:20 pm | Podcast 15 Contest |

| 01 Aug 2009 03:38 pm | News Archives |
![]() skitch | Just thought I'd point out that if there's a news post you were looking for, and can't find it, I've started archiving the news every month. You'll be able to find these archives through the nav bar, or you can click here. The current news page, however, will never show less than that last 3 news posts. If the post was made during the current month, posts made more than 3 ago can be found with the "Newer" and "Older" links at the bottom of the page. Hope all that isn't TOO confusing. |
